General Terms

bd368 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and bd368. These Terms apply to browsing the website, creating an account, placing bets, playing games, or using the platform in any way.

Each person may operate only one bd368 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, within the same household, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, date of birth, ID number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and funds being withheld.

2.4 KYC Verification

bd368 may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bd368 account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

• Use a strong and unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• If you log in from a public or shared computer, make sure to log out after use.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

bd368 will not be liable for losses resulting from account credential theft or hacking, however an account may be temporarily suspended to protect the user if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bd368 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This minimum limit applies regardless of the deposit method used. Accepted payment methods are:

After a deposit is successfully processed, it may take some time to appear in your account. Each payment method has its own processing time.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.

Withdrawal requests will only be fulfilled using the same method used for the deposit. bd368 may request additional information to verify any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bd368 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The turnover requirement for the bonus is 10 times the combined total of the original deposit and the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be claimed unless specifically permitted.
• bd368 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the eligibility conditions for claiming it are not met.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the turnover requirement before withdrawal.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address may result in the associated accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd368 VIP program has four tiers. Users at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. bd368 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bd368 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, data feed issues, or other unavoidable reasons. For cancelled bets, the original stake amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game or betting session, bd368 may cancel the relevant round and return the stake. The result received from the game provider's server will be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

bd368 reserves the right to set a maximum win limit per single bet or session. This limit may vary by game type and users will be informed where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd368 platform:

• Fraudulent activity — any form of manipulation, use of software bots, or attempts to hack the system.
• Money laundering — any attempt to clean funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
• Account sharing — allowing someone else to use your account or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions in a systematic way.
• Collusion — attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with others.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts.

If such activities are detected, the associated account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bd368

bd368 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms. In cases of serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any active bonuses and associated earnings will be cancelled before the account is closed. Any genuine balance available at the time of processing the request may be withdrawn.

8.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, users may request self-exclusion from their account for a set period (1 week, 1 month, or longer). During this time, access to the account, betting, and deposits will be disabled.

Any decision made by bd368 following an investigation will be considered final. However, if the user wishes, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.
